These terms govern your use of TalentForge (https://talentforge.dev) and its browser extension. By creating an account or using TalentForge, you agree to them. If you use TalentForge on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

Accounts are approved by a workspace administrator. Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account. Administrators may change roles, assign profiles, or suspend accounts that misuse the service.

You keep ownership of the content you add, such as resumes, profile details and notes. You grant TalentForge permission to store and process it only to provide the service. You may connect only email and calendar accounts that you own or are authorized to manage, and you can disconnect them at any time. How we handle that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

• Provide accurate information in resumes and applications you submit.
• Do not send spam or unsolicited bulk email through a connected mailbox.
• Follow the terms of the job sites and services you use with TalentForge, including the browser extension.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer it.

Tailored resumes, cover letters and form answers are generated with AI. Review them before use; you are responsible for what you submit.

TalentForge is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms by posting a new version on this page.

To the extent permitted by law, TalentForge is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities, arising from your use of the service.
